About the event
Treat yourselves to a blissful afternoon of tension-releasing facial massage and rejuvenation, followed by serene sound bath for the ultimate relaxation.
We’ll begin with a short, grounding meditation before moving into a Gua Sha masterclass for the face.
You’ll learn how to use pressure points and a gua sha routine to release tension on facial muscles, neck, and head, assisting natural lifting and sculpting.
We will then settle in to find stillness and relaxation, while being bathed in beautiful, calming sound.
